Here is our high flow and ball bearing conversion turbo for Audi S3, and VW Golf R IS38 turbochargers. This high flowed turbo can support up to 500 BHP Featuring a ball bearing CHRA with a robust centre shaft to avoid the common failures due to shaft deflection, this turbo is strong enough to rely on.
Turbo is based on a refurbushed pair of housings, stripped and machined to suit the larger set of turbine and compressor wheels. All work is carried out by our Australian turbo specialist.
Using a ball bearing CHRA, the turbo will bolt on to your standard engine when paired with our GT turbo series oil/water line kit.
Please note that you will need to carry out a wastegate adaptation once installed. MK7.0 and 8V.0 (722 revision turbos) cars may need wiring loom modification (wastegate connector on the opposite side), or you can swap your existing wastegate actuator to the new turbo.
Core exchange: If you've blown your factory turbo, we offer a core credit of $500 for your blown turbo, provided that the housings are not cracked. We cannot confirm the value until inspected by by our specialist. We can offer this amount up to 30-days after the purchase of the new turbo, to allow time for removal and installation.
Warranty: 12 Month unlimited KM warranty when installed by a licenced mechanic. Warranty void if failure caused from installation faults, oil starvation, operational, faults or damage from foreign objects. Warranty covers the turbo only, and does not include installation costs or engine and other parts.
A back order product means we do not have this in our local warehouse. We will have to 'back order' this in for you. This can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. Popular items can go on back order but are often restocked in a short time such as 1 week.

Please email us to discuss any warranty issues. We normally need a mechanics report to prove a part has failed. If it has failed and it is under warranty we will replace it. We cannot warrant hearsay from home mechanics.

We pick and ship EVERY working day. 12pm is the daily cut off time. Common times for dispatch are 5 to 6 hours on working days. We normally dispatch last night's orders the next morning.
