LIQUI MOLY Central Hydraulic Oil 2400 1L - Hydraulic

For hydraulics such as ride-height control, hydraulic brakes, steering systems, etc. in PSA Group vehicles (Peugeot and Citroën). Can be mixed with older, mineral LHM formulas. A lubricant of this specification is also required in part for commercial vehicles for the hoisting devices in rear trailing axles and cab tilting mechanisms. Comply with the vehicle or aggregate manufacturer’s instructions.Mineral central hydraulic system oil developed based on the highest requirements. Provides high thermal stability, ensuring ideal ageing resistance. Maximum wear protection and favorable friction behavior. Has outstanding low-temperature behavior. With increased corrosion-protection component proportion.

LIQUI MOLY central hydraulic system oils meet the highest technical requirements and are suitable for a wide range of automotive applications. The carefully selected formulations made from the best raw materials ensure excellent temperature properties and guarantee the full function of the systems even at the lowest temperatures of up to –45 °C. All central hydraulic system oils are impressive thanks to excellent wear, aging and corrosion protection as well as optimum friction values and minimal foaming tendency.

This mineral hydraulic fluid is specially adapted to the requirements of the Peugeot/Citroën PSA Group and is suitable for systems such as hydraulic brakes, level controls, steering systems, etc. Miscible with older, mineral LHM formulations. Depending on the manufacturer's specifications, also required in commercial vehicles for trailing axle lifting devices and cab tilting devices.

The specifications and instructions from the assembly or vehicle manufacturer must be followed. This oil can also be used for refilling in systems. Optimum effect only when the product is used unmixed.

Service & Maintenance Guide

Minor Service - Oil Service

Every 10k is a minor service - oil and filter. Do not follow the factory 15K and go 7k for tuned vehicles. Oil is cheap, engines are not!

Intermediate Service

Every 30k is an intermediate service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, brake fluid flush, remote batteries.

Major Service

Every 60k is a major service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, remote batteries, brake fluid flush, fuel filter, DSG gearbox oil and filter (unless automatic, manual, tiptronic or multitronic), spark plugs and haldex oil.

Additional: Water pump & timing belt and poly belt on belt driven engines should be done every 60k.

Intermediate Service

Every 90k is another intermediate service - same as 30k plus a poly belt / accessory belt.

Minor Service - Oil Service

Replace Haldex fluid every 30k rather than 60k, Gearbox oil change at 40k for DSG is advised. Front and rear differential oils are "longlife" but replace every 60k to be safe.
