034Motorsport's engineers invested significant effort developing and testing to create the most comprehensive and effective catch can kit on the market for the MK7 GTI.

The 034Motorsport Billet Aluminum Catch Can Kit for MkVII Volkswagen GTI features a completely revised high-capacity design to provide optimal crankcase ventilation while keeping oil and water vapor out of the intake track. Furthermore, this catch can prevents oil ingestion during hard driving and heavy cornering loads seen on track. This kit is designed to prevent oil from depositing in the intake manifold and intake valves, resulting in drastically reduced carbon buildup and extended life from the motor.

Installation Instructions:

    A back order product means we do not have this in our local warehouse. We will have to 'back order' this in for you. This can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. Popular items can go on back order but are often restocked in a short time such as 1 week.

    YES if the part number has a Volkswagen or Audi part number it is a genuine part. If if is an aftermarket part we will label it as such.

    Minimum amount of time is 4 weeks.

    We work normal business hours and we don't have someone manning our website chat at 4am.

    If you have purchased a part under our fitment data and direction we will gladly exchange it or refund it. If you have purchased the wrong part we can provide a store credit or 20% restocking fee.

    Please email us to discuss any warranty issues. We normally need a mechanics report to prove a part has failed. If it has failed and it is under warranty we will replace it. We cannot warrant hearsay from home mechanics.

    We are unique in that we import our own genuine parts and this enables us to pass the savings onto you.

    You will save up to 30% with genuine parts.

    That can range from 100% down to 20% - The savings will generally be 30% to 50%.

    We pick and ship EVERY working day. 12pm is the daily cut off time. Common times for dispatch are 5 to 6 hours on working days. We normally dispatch last night's orders the next morning.

    Service & Maintenance Guide

    Minor Service - Oil Service

    Every 10k is a minor service - oil and filter. Do not follow the factory 15K and go 7k for tuned vehicles. Oil is cheap, engines are not!

    Intermediate Service

    Every 30k is an intermediate service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, brake fluid flush, remote batteries.

    Major Service

    Every 60k is a major service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, remote batteries, brake fluid flush, fuel filter, DSG gearbox oil and filter (unless automatic, manual, tiptronic or multitronic), spark plugs and haldex oil.

    Additional: Water pump & timing belt and poly belt on belt driven engines should be done every 60k.

    Intermediate Service

    Every 90k is another intermediate service - same as 30k plus a poly belt / accessory belt.

    Minor Service - Oil Service

    Replace Haldex fluid every 30k rather than 60k, Gearbox oil change at 40k for DSG is advised. Front and rear differential oils are "longlife" but replace every 60k to be safe.
