Genuine Volkswagen / Audi product.

This is a genuine Haldex pump for Gen 5 Haldex equipped vehicles. Common MQB such as Volkswagen Golf MK7R & Audi 8V S3/TT/TTS with EA888.3. Also should fit RS3/TTRS (8V/8S) and other gen 5 vehicles such as Tiguan AD, Skoda Superb 206, Passat 206 TSI and any MQB AWD vehicle.

The Haldex pump is prone to failure on higher mileage cars. Proper maintenance is required. If you have a loss of traction, wheel hop then your Haldex pump could of failed. Service your Haldex every 30,000 km with fresh haldex oil and clean the filter. If it has failed we have a genuine replacement part - 0CQ598549.

      Service & Maintenance Guide

      Minor Service - Oil Service

      Every 10k is a minor service - oil and filter. Do not follow the factory 15K and go 7k for tuned vehicles. Oil is cheap, engines are not!

      Intermediate Service

      Every 30k is an intermediate service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, brake fluid flush, remote batteries.

      Major Service

      Every 60k is a major service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, remote batteries, brake fluid flush, fuel filter, DSG gearbox oil and filter (unless automatic, manual, tiptronic or multitronic), spark plugs and haldex oil.

      Additional: Water pump & timing belt and poly belt on belt driven engines should be done every 60k.

      Intermediate Service

      Every 90k is another intermediate service - same as 30k plus a poly belt / accessory belt.

      Replace Haldex fluid every 30k rather than 60k, Gearbox oil change at 40k for DSG is advised. Front and rear differential oils are "longlife" but replace every 60k to be safe.
