Delrin rear diff mount using high density black Delrin, tight interference fit into stock aluminum mount housing, snug fit into subframe bracket, the ultimate rigidity in the rear diff mounting. New improved design with steel center for more secure installation.

Use in conjunction with Density Line Motor Mounts, turn drivetrain bind into forward thrust and acceleration, quicken throttle inputs and keep your drivetrain from banging around in its mountings.

Also, unlike some other mounts on the market, keeps the proper alignment and position of the stock diff, off-center. Fits all small chassis quattro cars such as Urq, 4kq, 80/90/Coupe Quattro, etc.

Price includes new hardware for mounting. Requires removal of stock rubber bonded mount (by pressing, cutting, torching and stiff cursing), then joyfully push in the 034 Delrin mounts.

** NOTE - Audi made rear diff mount housings in two sizes, this mount is a press fit for the larger housing, smaller housings will be .5mm in diameter too small and will need to be clearanced with a sanding drum or roll. There is no way to identify which housing is which w/o measuring the housing once the stock bushing has been pressed out.

A back order product means we do not have this in our local warehouse. We will have to 'back order' this in for you. This can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. Popular items can go on back order but are often restocked in a short time such as 1 week.

Please email us to discuss any warranty issues. We normally need a mechanics report to prove a part has failed. If it has failed and it is under warranty we will replace it. We cannot warrant hearsay from home mechanics.

We are unique in that we import our own genuine parts and this enables us to pass the savings onto you.

You will save up to 30% with genuine parts.

That can range from 100% down to 20% - The savings will generally be 30% to 50%.

We pick and ship EVERY working day. 12pm is the daily cut off time. Common times for dispatch are 5 to 6 hours on working days. We normally dispatch last night's orders the next morning.

Service & Maintenance Guide

Minor Service - Oil Service

Every 10k is a minor service - oil and filter. Do not follow the factory 15K and go 7k for tuned vehicles. Oil is cheap, engines are not!

Intermediate Service

Every 30k is an intermediate service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, brake fluid flush, remote batteries.

Major Service

Every 60k is a major service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, remote batteries, brake fluid flush, fuel filter, DSG gearbox oil and filter (unless automatic, manual, tiptronic or multitronic), spark plugs and haldex oil.

Additional: Water pump & timing belt and poly belt on belt driven engines should be done every 60k.

Intermediate Service

Every 90k is another intermediate service - same as 30k plus a poly belt / accessory belt.

Replace Haldex fluid every 30k rather than 60k, Gearbox oil change at 40k for DSG is advised. Front and rear differential oils are "longlife" but replace every 60k to be safe.
