View full detailsEvery 10k is a minor service - oil and filter. Do not follow the factory 15K and go 7k for tuned vehicles. Oil is cheap, engines are not!
Every 30k is an intermediate service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, brake fluid flush, remote batteries.
Every 60k is a major service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, remote batteries, brake fluid flush, fuel filter, DSG gearbox oil and filter (unless automatic, manual, tiptronic or multitronic), spark plugs and haldex oil.
Additional: Water pump & timing belt and poly belt on belt driven engines should be done every 60k.
Every 90k is another intermediate service - same as 30k plus a poly belt / accessory belt.
Every 10k is a minor service - oil and filter. Do not follow the factory 15K and go 7k for tuned vehicles. Oil is cheap, engines are not!

Replace Haldex fluid every 30k rather than 60k, Gearbox oil change at 40k for DSG is advised. Front and rear differential oils are "longlife" but replace every 60k to be safe.

I originally bought the Stage 1 tune and really didn't notice a difference, which was very disappointing given its supposed to give +100hp. The car would also stutter at the top of the rev range and just feel restrained. After re-applying the tune several times with no change, I decided to buy the DSG tune (knowing there's a 30 day money back guarantee on both) and wow what a difference - the acceleration and shifts are so much better.
In short, don't buy the ECU tune without getting the DSG/TCU tune.
Decided to buy this over other options as it allows me to upgrade the ECU and TCU and return it to stock without having to visit a tuning shop. Mobile app is easy to use.
