034 Motorsport in partnership with VAGPARTS Australia is proud to release ECU tuning for the range of EA888 gen 4 CUPRA models. These include the CUPRA Formentor VZ, Leon VZ, Formentor VZX, Ateca VZX & Leon VZX.
These range of vehicles feature the EA888 gen 4 or MQB EVO engines similar to the Volkswagen Golf MK8 GTI and the Volkswagen Golf MK8R. The VZ feature modern Garret turbo while the VZX feature Continental.
The gains on offer from a simple stage 1 remap are frankly shocking. Stage 2 and full E85 files are also ready to melt your face. Expect over 400 crank from simple stage 1 tunes.
Every 10k is a minor service - oil and filter. Do not follow the factory 15K and go 7k for tuned vehicles. Oil is cheap, engines are not!
Every 30k is an intermediate service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, brake fluid flush, remote batteries.
Every 60k is a major service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, remote batteries, brake fluid flush, fuel filter, DSG gearbox oil and filter (unless automatic, manual, tiptronic or multitronic), spark plugs and haldex oil.
Additional: Water pump & timing belt and poly belt on belt driven engines should be done every 60k.
Every 90k is another intermediate service - same as 30k plus a poly belt / accessory belt.

Replace Haldex fluid every 30k rather than 60k, Gearbox oil change at 40k for DSG is advised. Front and rear differential oils are "longlife" but replace every 60k to be safe.
