034 Motorsport Audi ECU tunes are flashed directly through your factory OBD-II port using your 034Motorsport Dynamic+ End User Flashing Kit. This enables you to flash your ECU from the comfort of your own driveway.
You can receive and install software updates and revisions, flash back to stock, or upgrade to the next stage of performance software for your vehicle, with ease in a small amount of time. No technical skills are required. It issimpleandeasy.
034 Motorsport engineers developed special in-house tools to read, write, log, and modify the software on the factory control unit. This allowed FULL ACCESS to the firmware and maps inside the factory ECU - Bosch - MED17.1. By accessing the source of how the ECU controls the engine and making changes at the base level 034 can provide a high level of sophistication and functionality in its remaps.

THERMAL MANAGEMENT SAFETY STRATEGIES:
With increased power, comes increased heat. With increased heat, comes the need for additional management. For charge air temperature, 034Motorsport has implemented key safety features to keep your engine running optimally and safely in virtually any condition - just like the OEM calibration. Substantial effort was spent on balancing the trade off of charge temp for power, and improving the compressor efficiency so that it doesn't generate too much charge temp.

AUDI A4 B8 STAGE 1 TUNING
034Motorsport Stage 1 Performance Software for the EA888 Gen 2 2.0T engine is engineered to safely increase the horsepower and torque with no additional hardware required.
In addition to power improvements, 034Motorsport's engineers spent a significant amount of time refining the throttle mapping in order to provide improved throttle response and allow for more precise throttle modulation and further control of the vehicle when driving on track. Due to the limitations of the stock turbocharger on the EA888 Gen 2, the rev limiter was not adjusted.
AUDI A4 B8 STAGE 2 TUNING
034Motorsport Stage 2 Performance Software for the EA888 Gen 2 2.0T engine is engineered to further increase horsepower and torque output over Stage 1 levels with the addition of an Upgraded Intake System, an Upgraded Intercooler, and an Upgraded High Flow Catted Downpipe. As with all 034Motorsport calibrations, the proprietary safety calibrations yield additional power from the 2.0T engine without increased risk to the factory Engine, Transmission, and Drivetrain. The resulting gains over stage 1 with this added hardware make for an even more profound transformation over Stock or Stage 1!
034MOTORSPORT DYNAMIC+ END USER FLASHING KIT
034Motorsport's Dynamic+ end user flashing kit allows customers to receive and install software updates and revisions, flash back to stock, or upgrade to the next stage of performance software for their vehicle.
Requirements for End User Flashing:

Receive welcome email(after purchase) with 034 software account and user guide
Plug into OBD2 port and USB port on laptop & take read of stock ECU / TCU
Send 034 stock file details from software (very easy)
Plug back into OB2 port & USB and flash tune your ECU / TCU
Once you have taken the stock read of the ECU you can always flash your car back to stock at any time. You can also flash between stages.
The reading / flashing and software process isnot complicated. Everything is straight forward and anyone who has the computer skills to send an email can do this process.

How long do I have to wait to receive my tuning download link and username?
From the minute your order is processed on the VAGParts website, you can expect a 1-3 business day fulfillment time to receive your download links and username from the 034 Motorsport tuning team. Please be on the lookout for this email, which will come from the email address "tuning@034motorsport.com"
Q: What is in the introductory email?
A: This is an email from 034Motorsport which includes the username for your account, a link to download the flashing software and the Getting Started user manual.
Q: I haven't got my introductory email
A: You may have to wait 1-3 business days to receive this email from the 034Motorsport team. Please also check your spam, updates, and other email tabs for the email from 034Motorsport. If it still hasn't come after a couple of days please contact VAGPARTS. Please note weekends are not working days.
Q: What do I need to tune my vehicle with a laptop?
A: Windows 10/11 laptop, strong/stable internet connection, Dynamic+ flashing cable, a 20-amp battery supply charger/maintaner, and tuning account access.
I have everything I need what do I do next?
Please download the 034 flashing client if you haven't already, and review the Getting Started guide. You'll need to register your username on 034 Motorsport's server, by inputting your username/email address in the applicable field, and clicking the "Forgot/Reset Password" link. This will send an email to you that will allow you to set your own password, which you'll need to use to log into the flashing client software. Once you are logged into the flashing client, please click on the controller that you wish to program (either ECU - engine, or TCU - transmission) and proceed through the steps listed in the "Getting Started" guide to flash that controller. The files labeled "Stock" are completely OEM software calibrations, as you would have received from the factory, so please only flash these if you wish to go back to stock tuning.
I received an error message stating that "No products are available for this controller", what do I do?
If you receive the error message "No products are available for this controller", please email tuning@034motorsport.com directly, and someone from their tuning support team will advise you on the steps that they will take to get you access to the files that were purchased.
A: This is NOT a difficult process. If you have the ability to open and email and send an email, this is the same level of computer literacy needed.
Q: How long does the flashing process take?
A: The total time to tune the car is around 30 mins. Flashing between files, upgrading and so on once you have done the first installation is a couple of minutes.

Q: My car already has a tune on it, how do I remove it?
A: You may need to flash your car back to stock. You can do this by flashing the car to stock using the 034Motorsport flashing portal.
Q: Do I have to flash my ECU and TCU?
A: Yes, these are separate control units and need to be individually flashed.
Q: What is 91 AKI and 93 AKI? RON to AKI?
A: 91AKI is 95 RON and 93 AKI is 98 RON. When flashing select the file appropriate to the fuel octane you are using.
Q: How long do I have to wait for my tuning introductory email?
A: 48 hours or 2 working days
Q: How long do I have for wait for my tuning files?
A: Please allow 72 hours or 3 working days for fulfilment
Q: What is the normal turn around for the entire process?
