All-year oil for gasoline and diesel engines. Tested safe with catalytic converters and turbochargers.

High-tech low-viscosity motor oil based on synthetic technology. With advanced wear-protection formula. The fastest cold-start oiling during starting and minimum friction during daily driving ensure an extremely long engine service life. Provides the ideal oil pressure under all operating conditions. Keeps oil consumption low. Exceeds the strict test requirements demanded by renowned manufacturers.

Modern multi-purpose low-friction motor oil developed according to the latest technology. Unconventional base oils based on HC synthetic technology were combined with the most modern additive technology. The low-viscosity and high sheer stability of the motor oil guarantees optimal cleanliness, reduces frictional loss in the engine and provides outstanding protection against wear. The results are savings in fuel and an extended service life for the engine. Tested for turbochargers and catalytic converters. Especially suited for use in Opel gasoline and diesel engines until 2010 MY. However, the product is also backwards compatible and can thus be used in older Opel vehicles which permit a motor oil of this viscosity class. Pay attention to the manufacturer’s instructions. The manufacturer's instructions for the use of other vehicle models and types must be observed.

Liqui Moly Low Friction Special SAE 5W-30 currently is mainly required for different Opel gasoline and diesel vehicles until model year 2010. Backwards compatible, enabling use in older Opel vehicles. The motor oil can also be used for other vehicle models provided that the manufacturer's instructions are observed.

The operating instructions of the vehicle and engine manufacturers must be followed.

Service & Maintenance Guide

Minor Service - Oil Service

Every 10k is a minor service - oil and filter. Do not follow the factory 15K and go 7k for tuned vehicles. Oil is cheap, engines are not!

Intermediate Service

Every 30k is an intermediate service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, brake fluid flush, remote batteries.

Major Service

Every 60k is a major service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, remote batteries, brake fluid flush, fuel filter, DSG gearbox oil and filter (unless automatic, manual, tiptronic or multitronic), spark plugs and haldex oil.

Additional: Water pump & timing belt and poly belt on belt driven engines should be done every 60k.

Intermediate Service

Every 90k is another intermediate service - same as 30k plus a poly belt / accessory belt.

Replace Haldex fluid every 30k rather than 60k, Gearbox oil change at 40k for DSG is advised. Front and rear differential oils are "longlife" but replace every 60k to be safe.
