Worked a treat

Bought this for my 8.5 A4 with the CNCD engine. Had a CEL for months that was reported as an intake leak and went through replacing parts trying to work out the issue. Ended up finding a Q5 owner with the same issue and bought this part fixing his CEL. I did the same and voila no more CEL. Thanks to the guys at vagparts for the great price and quick shipping

Genuine Volkswagen / Audi parts. A newer part which is backwards compatible.

Engine codes: CJSA, CJSB, CZPB, CJXC, DNUE, CNCD, CYRC, DLHB, DLBA, DKTB, DNUE, DJHA, DJHB, CJXJ etc*

Fits all (MQB) EA888.3 & longitudinal EA888.3 (MLB). Audi 8V A3/S3/TT/TTS A4 B8.5/B9 & Volkswagen Golf MK7 GTI/R. Also can fit Tiguan, Passat, etc. This is just a newer revised part from MK7.5 (2017+) but can fit all MK7 / 8V.

2.0TSI MQB and MLB EA888.3 all years, all models.

Crankcase ventilation valve / oil separator. Replace this to fix idle issues and prevent carbon build up. Bad PCV valves can cause engine oil contamination, sludge build-up, oil leaks, high fuel consumption, and other engine-damaging problems, depending on the type of failure.

These are a consumable and replaceable item. Replace every 50,000 km. If your fuel economy has gone down this is a good part to replace.

        Service & Maintenance Guide

        Minor Service - Oil Service

        Every 10k is a minor service - oil and filter. Do not follow the factory 15K and go 7k for tuned vehicles. Oil is cheap, engines are not!

        Intermediate Service

        Every 30k is an intermediate service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, brake fluid flush, remote batteries.

        Major Service

        Every 60k is a major service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, remote batteries, brake fluid flush, fuel filter, DSG gearbox oil and filter (unless automatic, manual, tiptronic or multitronic), spark plugs and haldex oil.

        Additional: Water pump & timing belt and poly belt on belt driven engines should be done every 60k.

        Intermediate Service

        Every 90k is another intermediate service - same as 30k plus a poly belt / accessory belt.
