This will ship by courier, so please nominate a commercial address if possible, or add in your order notes "OK to Leave" if it is safe to leave the parcel unattended at your delivery address.
A back order product means we do not have this in our local warehouse. We will have to 'back order' this in for you. This can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. Popular items can go on back order but are often restocked in a short time such as 1 week.

Please email us to discuss any warranty issues. We normally need a mechanics report to prove a part has failed. If it has failed and it is under warranty we will replace it. We cannot warrant hearsay from home mechanics.
