Fits Volkswagen Golf GTI/R MK7/7.5. Will also fit any modern 2.0 TSI EA888 gen 3 motor. 1.8 TSI & 2.0 TSI. MQB feature a plastic sump and require special plastic sump plug as included in this kit.

Change your oil at maximum 10K intervals. Do NOT follow factory 15K. Your engine will last a lot longer with regular oil changes. Cheap oil filters do not 'filter' it isn't worth the saving. Superior filtration is worth extra small amount.

Use genuine for your filters with high quality oil. This is the most basic and important maintenance.
