The water pump in the wife’s 2014 Q7 3.0tdi decided to fail the Sunday before Xmas. VAGParts were able to supply an OEM replacement at a very reasonable price and I picked it up from the Post Office on Christmas Eve. Great service all around and the wife’s happy as she was able to get back into her Q7 yesterday thanks to our mechanic looking after us and getting the job done on his first day back.

I’d just purchased a 2nd hand R36 Passat with the iconic 3.6 motor and needed a valve cover gasket before my Christmas break .VAG parts fulfilled my order so quick I was lucky as most places didn’t have any in stock or they were cheap non genuine gaskets. I also got the manifold gaskets which also should be done at the same time.
